Les lois HADOPI ont été adoptées. Mais c'est quoi, HADOPI ? HADOPI, c'est avant tout la preuve que le gouvernement français n'a rien compris à internet et que les industries culturelles n'ont pas sû (ou n'ont pas voulu ?) s'adapter aux nouveaux usages du numérique.
C'est malheureux, alors que nombre de solutions existent et méritent qu'on s'y intéresse. Mais non, il fallait qu'ils ne prêtent oreille qu'aux invités du Fouquet's.

The french HADOPI laws have been adopted. But what is it, HADOPI ? HADOPI, it's mainly the evidence that the french government hasn't understood anything about the internet and that the cultural industries couldn't (or won't ?) adapt themselves to the new numerical uses.
It's depressing, since many solutions exist and are worth some interest. But no, it must be that they only hear the Fouquet's guests.
